Flight schedules have returned to almost normal at Tokyo's Haneda Airport six days after a passenger jet and a coast guard plane collided on a runway. On Monday, the airport reopened Runway C where the fatal accident occurred on Tuesday last week. Starting Monday, All Nippon Airways plans to operate all its flights, excluding those to and from quake-hit Noto Airport in Ishikawa Prefecture. Japan Airlines has canceled 14 flights serving Haneda for Monday and nine for Tuesday. JAL is expected to fully resume its flights on Wednesday.
